Terms of service
Last updated 17 October 2026. Between you (the business opening the account) and Decortie Uk Ltd (trading as Growstall), Unit 2, Risley, Warrington, WA3 6QU, United Kingdom.
1. The service
Growstall gives you one inbox for customer conversations across the Mirakl-powered marketplaces you sell on, a business-hours SLA clock, optional AI classification and drafting, order context, and optional out-of-hours acknowledgements. It connects to each marketplace with the API key from your own seller account and acts on your behalf.
2. Your account
You must be a business selling on at least one Mirakl-powered marketplace and entitled to use the seller account you connect. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity in your workspace. One person can be a member of several workspaces.
3. Your marketplace accounts and their rules
Every marketplace operator has a seller agreement and a messaging policy. Connecting a marketplace to Growstall is your decision under that agreement; you confirm you are permitted to use API integrations for your account. Messages sent through Growstall, whether typed by you or generated by a rule you switched on, are sent as you and remain your responsibility. Growstall enforces the common operator rules in the acknowledgement template (no links, no contact details), but you must review every automated text before enabling it.
4. Automation
Out-of-hours acknowledgements are off by default. When you enable them, Growstall sends only where every configured rule is met and stops itself if more messages qualify in one run than your limit allows. AI-generated drafts are suggestions; nothing is sent until you press send. Classification can be wrong; the SLA clock and inbox work without it.
5. Data
For the customer data that flows in from your marketplaces we act as your processor under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. The privacy policy describes what is stored, for how long, and where.
6. Fees
Plans are priced per month by the number of marketplaces connected and conversations handled, never by the number of team members. A conversation is a customer thread with at least one inbound customer message in the calendar month; operator notices do not count.
- Starter: £29 a month, or £24 a month billed yearly; up to 1 marketplace and 300 conversations a month.
- Growth: £79 a month, or £66 a month billed yearly; up to 5 marketplaces and 2,000 conversations a month.
- Scale: £199 a month, or £166 a month billed yearly; unlimited marketplaces and 10,000 conversations a month.
Enterprise plans are priced by agreement and set out in an order form that prevails over this section for volume, retention, support and payment terms.
Conversations beyond the plan are charged at £5 per 100, monthly in arrears. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no payment method; at the end of the trial the workspace pauses syncing until a plan is chosen, and nothing is deleted for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT. Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled from the workspace at any time, taking effect at the next billing date; yearly plans renew yearly with an email reminder 30 days before. If a payment fails we retry for 14 days and email you; after that the workspace pauses syncing until payment is settled. We give 30 days' notice before changing prices.
7. Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Marketplace APIs have their own limits and outages; when a marketplace is unreachable, its conversations are stale until it is back, and the inbox says so. Support: hello@growstall.com, business days.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Growstall to send unsolicited marketing, to contact customers outside the marketplace's rules, to access accounts you are not entitled to, or to probe or overload the service. We may suspend a workspace that is doing any of these, after telling you unless the law or the risk to others prevents it.
9. Intellectual property
Growstall and its code, design and documentation belong to Decortie Uk Ltd. Your data, your templates and the replies you write belong to you; we use them only to provide the service.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequences of a marketplace's decision about your seller account (including SLA penalties or suspensions), which remain governed by your agreement with the operator.
11. Term and termination
Either side may end this agreement at any time; delete your workspace under Settings, or write to us. On termination we delete your workspace data within 30 days. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of notice.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection law that applies to you.
