Answer every marketplace message inside the SLA. Even the ones that land on Sunday.
One inbox for B&Q, Argos, Debenhams, Home24 and every other Mirakl marketplace you sell on. A clock that counts business hours the way the operator does, and a polite acknowledgement that goes out in the customer's language when your team is off.
Your own API key. Nothing to install on the marketplace side.Built around the three things that actually cost you SLA.
A clock that counts like the operator does
Business hours in the marketplace's timezone, its public holidays, paused over the weekend. Every thread shows exactly how much of the 24 hours is left, sorted so the next breach is always on top.
An acknowledgement in the customer's language
When a message lands in a weekend or holiday gap, the customer hears back within the hour. It never fires for old threads, operator messages or system notices, and it stops itself if too many qualify at once.
The order and the fix, next to the message
Item, tracking, delivery status and customer history beside the thread. A suggested reply drafted from all of it, in the tone you set.
Every Mirakl operator, with the quirks already handled.
Connect with the API key from your seller back office. If your operator isn't listed, it still works: Mirakl is Mirakl.
Questions sellers ask first
Is this allowed by Mirakl and by my operator?
Yes. You connect with the API key issued to your own seller account, exactly as any integration partner does, and everything sent is sent as you. Keys are encrypted and can be revoked from your back office at any time.
Will an automated message get my account flagged?
The acknowledgement contains no links, no contact details and no marketing, which is what every operator's message policy actually checks. You read and edit the exact text before switching it on.
What happens to customer data?
Messages are stored in the EU (London). Suggested replies and translations are generated by a language model; you can turn that off and keep the inbox and the clock.
