Questions about pricing

What counts as a conversation?A customer thread with at least one message from the customer in the calendar month. Operator notices, and threads where only you or the marketplace wrote, are free.
What happens if I go over the plan's conversations?£5 per 100 conversations beyond the plan, billed monthly in arrears. Nothing pauses; the invoice shows the count.
Is there a per-seat price?No. Add everyone who answers customers on any plan at no extra cost.
How does the trial work?14 days with the limits of the Scale plan, no card up front. When it ends, sync pauses and nothing is deleted for 30 days; add a card to continue.
Do prices include VAT?No. Prices are in GBP excluding VAT; UK VAT is added at checkout, and a VAT number can be entered for reverse charge where it applies.
Can I change or cancel?Any time, from Settings → Billing. A plan change applies at once (the difference is prorated; during the trial nothing is charged until it ends); cancelling keeps the inbox running to the end of the paid period.
